Billet Radiusing and Drilling Machine

The billet preparation machine is a specially designed heavy-duty machine with completely automatic material handling system of billets from raw billets to machined billets to degreasing of billets. The layout and the process is designed to custom suit the extrusion plant.

The fuly automatic machine is integrated with auto kick-in kick-out system for billet loading and unloading. The billet transferring mechanism or automated material handling in the degreasing system shall be fully automatic and safe with all safety features and interlocks.
