Fully automatic 8 station cnc machine, designed and developed to manufacture different kinds of material hinges in various sizes. The machine can make hinges of MS, SS or brass material with various grades.
Basic size the machine can handle is from 3” or 75 mm width to 6” or 150 mm width. All type of hinges like with bearing and without bearing hinges are possible to manufacture. The dies are specially designed to make the hinges. All the operations from loading of the blanks to unloading of finished job is fully automatic and centrally controlled through siemens cnc controller.
